Before / After
First Floor Remodel
Features: We completely remodeled the entire first floor by adding new flooring, converting a powder room into a full bathroom, a laundry room update, an office area, coffee station, and completely opening up the kitchen to make room for this 14’ island. We had to add a 16’ I Beam because it was a structural wall, we also added a 10’ casement window for more natural light, we gave them a 36” gas Viking stove with a Viking exhaust plus a negative air pressure system, Microwave drawer oven and so much more.

Features- we converted a small hallway bathroom into a large primary bath, that can now be accessed from the primary bedroom.

Custom Deck approximately 500 sqft of finished deck, with custom lighting ( Trex materials). We also had to re-support the structural integraty for the addition due to inadequate support. The original decks main load suports were extremely rotted and was in danger of collapsing the deck and the addition. We also added custom stone steps, stone retaining walls, and fencing to keep his pool up to code.
