First Floor Remodel with 14' Island in Blue Bell, PA

We remodeled the entire first floor: new flooring, a powder room converted into a full bathroom, an updated laundry room, an office area and a coffee station, and a kitchen opened up to make room for a 14-foot island. Because it was a structural wall, we installed a 16-foot I-beam. We also added a 10-foot casement window for more natural light, a 36-inch Viking gas range with a Viking hood and negative air pressure system, and a microwave drawer.
